Summer Matcha Lovin
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen peaches or apricots
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- 1 TBsp organic culinary matcha
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 2 TBsp organic coconut cream
- 2-4 dates for desired sweetness
- your choice of spices (lakey’s favorite include):
- 2 Tsp combination of : cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and ginger
- Add all dry ingredients to blender including spices. Add coconut milk. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve in your favorite smoothie cup or jar.
